You may return most products purchased from Consciencia for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that some products may have different return periods, which will be clearly stated on the product page or in the product packaging.

4. Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all original tags, labels, and accessories.
  3. Attach the RMA number to the outside of the package.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it is in good condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
